On Importance of Sensitivity Analysis on an Example of a k-out-of-n System

Reliability and sensitivity issues are very close important problems in any technical system. The system’s is understood as the dependence of its behavior on changes some internal parameters. To perform analysis, a general procedure based theoretical numerical study proposed applied to repairable k-out-of-n model. results show asymptotic insensitivity non-stationary stationary characteristics system reliability shape repair-time distribution, well value coefficient variation at fixed mean. methodology can be useful researchers engineers designing stage real systems, other stochastic models.
